OK so I have been backing up my VM with Time Machine, and today I need a file. The instructions on how to do this say 'locate the backup VM and select 'show package contents'. The 'backup VM' is in Time Machine, though! You can't just locate it in the Time Machine backup and select 'show package contents', can you? Don't you have to retrieve files using Time Machine's spacy interface? To get to the file it seems like I would have to recover the entire 46GB of my VM to another drive, then open THAT up. And that is insane to get to just one file. Anyone know how to really do this? Thanks Bob
