On my MacBook Pro with El Capitan I have a W7, W8.1 and W10 VM. All are set to sync the time with OS X. I use P10.4.0. Because of the slow start and shutdown of the VMs i recently started to just suspend/resume them instead of a complete shutdown. I have not seen any ill effects yet, thus, the resume is finally rather fast. The only problem i encountered on the W10 VM is, that it does not sync the time from OS X, but W7 and W8.1 does correctly. After resuming W10 it used the date and time when i suspended the VM. This causes a problem when i try to download bank transactions, as it used the system date (now the old date) and thus, does not download the current transaction. On W10 i tried it with leaving Windows time sync and without, but the date and time is just not updated. Does anybody else have this problem? And did you find a fix or setting for it? Hello @GerhardG2 Please reinstall Parallels Tools and check the behaviour. If the issue persists, please try this solution.
