Time Off after Host Sleep

In Parallels 5 when I resume from sleep on the host, more often than not the time on my Windows 7 VM is not updated to the current time. Rather, it starts at the time that I put the host to sleep. I have turned the configuration setting Synchronize with Mac on and off but that doesn't help. To correct the time I have to manually update it.

Any help would be appreciated.
