Please add an "Always on Top" setting to the timer.app window. For improving executive function skills, having an always visible visual countdown timer is very important. This is very important for those with ADHD and "time blindness in general. The disappearing ring is good but can be improved having an option for the whole circle to be filled add disapear pie-chart style with only the grayed out ring representing the time passed. The fill can be either a binary setting or a settable level of transparency. These option would make for a highly visible time-timer and be a suitable replacement for when a physical hadheld time-timer does not fit a workspace.

Summary of important (to a "time blind" person) features:
    - Add an "Always on Top" setting to the timer.app window.
    - Add an option for the visual timer to be a disappearing pie-chart.

Additional less important (to a "time blind" person) features:
    - Be able to resize window and/or have compact, medium (current window layout), and big modes.
    - Be able to put the countdown timer into the menu bar (like the word clock).
