Too many Connections on VMWare Converted TS

So we are converting some HyperV machines to VMWare and so we took down half of our Terminal Servers and converted them and brought them back up in VMWare and everything connected just fine. The agent in the publisher console is connected but when you go to launch an app(IE) off the TS it says their are too many connections. The other half of the Terminal servers that we didn't convert and still up and running just fine, just the ones we converted are having this issue. I have tried un-installing and re-installing the 2x Agent from the machine. Rebooted. Took off the domian and re-added. All with no avail. Any ideas on what would cause this?

Console Version: 10.6 1469
 
Can you quote the exact error message and specify if it's returned by the 2X Client or the Terminal Server? A screenshot of the error would also be helpful to identify the problem.
