Hi, my old toolbox ran out, so I purchased a new copy, and changed my email address, I cleaned my Mac of all old toolbox traces, tried many time to install a new version, it gets as far as the toolbox dialog box, the blue line appears, and stops about a quarter along, I also tried to contact support, which just takes you round in circles, please Parallels sort this out, or refund my money
