Toolbox Crashing

Hi,
My parallels toolbox crashes whenever I try to use it. Whether I go to settings or try to launch a tool, it crashes.

Here is the latest crash report number I sent through using the report tool : 462311584
To head off the common questions:
It is the latest version.
I have reinstalled
MacBook Air 15" M2 2023
Sonoma 14.5

My license is a yearly subscription: Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition
 
I cannot install my Parallels Toolbox. The system reports an error. I even bought a new one, and even that will not install into my MACBOOKPRO 16 inch with Intel 2019 with SONOMA 14.5.

Hello Markkup,

To enable us to investigate this issue further, kindly collect Toolbox logs from your host Mac by following the steps provided below:
  1. Please download Parallels Toolbox using the following link and attempt to install it once again: https://download.parallels.com/toolbox/v6/6.7.0-5122/ParallelsToolbox-6.7.0-5122.dmg
  2. If the installation fails, please open Terminal on your Mac (Applications > Utilities > Terminal) and execute the following commands one after another:

    cd ~/Desktop && zip -r ToolboxLogs.zip ~/Library/Logs/prl.toolbox/
  3. Upload the collected log to this secure file-sharing service: https://alludo-support-fileshare.az...Share?id=d737c2c6-2052-471e-8141-a6f1fe79b071
  4. Please collect a Technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

Kindly let us know as soon as the above steps have been completed as well as provide us with the report ID
