Toolbox for windows

I am intrested in tool box for windows, but I have a question. The one "tool" I would like is a de-bloater, an easy way in uninstall/disable the windows ad-ware, tracking software that is currently in windows.

Does this tool have that. Example

I am not saying anything wrong with that tool, I would feel better if it came from a major company like Parallels.

I totally relate to your concern. I'm also looking for a toolbox for Windows that includes a reliable de-bloater. It would be really helpful to have an easy way to uninstall or disable all the adware and tracking software that's built into Windows. If anyone has recommendations or solutions for this, I'd love to hear them too!
