I got a new Mac a while back and haven't been able to use Toolbox. I would like to use it. I have the license key and it is working for regular Parallels, but not the toolbox app on the same computer. I do not have the old computer ay longer and I am not using this on any other machines. Please help. As an aside, it seems my account is messed up on the back end. When I log in, it shows a very old legacy license and I cannot find my real annual license I pay for every year that is working right now. I tried adding my other work email to see if it was associated with it but it hasn't helped. Thank you
