Toolbox prompt to use the parallels_shared keychain

Greetings,

I am suffering a issue related to toolbox keep asking me to use the parallels_shared keychain. I close and reopen the app, I restarted the macbook, but keep asking me the password of parallels_shared.

Can you help me?

Hello,

This issue may appear when Toolbox tried to receive licensing information from Parallels Desktop. Do you have Parallels Desktop installed on your mac?
If yes then:
  • quit from Parallels Toolbox
  • store current Parallels Desktop activation key key (to use it later)
  • Sign out from Parallels Desktop (Open Parallels Desktop menu -> Account & Licensing -> click on user name in the right top corner and choose 'Sign Out' in popup menu
  • Then activate Parallels Desktop
  • launch Parallels Toolbox and check your issue
