I just upgraded to 3.0 and Parallels would not let me get to my local MacHD. I said that "//.psf/macfolders" did not exist. I have tried to run the Parallels Tool install from the menu, but nothing happens. The menu item changes to "Cancel Tools Install", but I never get the installer dialog. My other VMs are working fine. Any ideas?
