tools won't reinstall

Parallels tools won't reinstall. When I boot in safe mode and regular mode I can't uninstall parallel tools because it's not in the add and remove programs list. When I try to install, both in safe and regular mode, nothing happens.

Not sure what to do next. Can't seem to access e-mail tech support. My activation key isn't recognized.

I'm stuck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are they installed? If they are not in the Add/Remove Programs list they probably are not installed.

Try getting the .iso for Parallels Tools and installing from that. (there is a thread about this somewhere)
