trackpad doesnt work with newest version

i just upgradeed to the newest version, 3186 i think. i m trying to book from bootcamp partition and i realize that i need to unplug all usb devises to boot which is really crazy i think. but my problem is that my mouse and keyboard doesnt work at all. i cant use the trackpad nor type anything. can someone please help?

I decided not to use it in June 2006 because it had been in beta so long

parallels alone gives me all I need

Maybe try to uninstall Tools in Parallels. If that works for you your keyboard and mouse in native Bootcamp, then re-install Tools and see if the problem comes back. If you have any special drivers for anything beside the default config of your Macbook (trackpad?), there may be some conflicts. Just whittle away at your system until you find the culprit.
