tranferring virtual windows 7 machine to new mac

I have just purchased parallels 7 in order to transfer my virtual windows 7 machine to my new mac. What do I do after installing Parallels 7? Your help will be grately valued. My windows machine is connected to the network at my work so I hope I don't have to create a new virtual machine since it will be a bit of a hassle. Thanks in advance
