Transfer License to new Mac

    Hi Team,
    I have just upgraded from an old Mac to a new one, and I need assistance to transfer my Parallels license/product key to the new machine.

    I have seen through my research that there is no automatic way to do this and I have to ask Parallels staff to manually unregister the old machine so I can use my product key on the new machine.

    I have a couple months left on my current license, I will renew on the new machine when the time comes, but I need to get this current situation resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!

    P.S. I cannot use Migration Assistant due to the architecture difference, this must be done manually.

    Unfortunately, we haven't found any license keys registered under your email address: l****e.mc****hy@pr***ess.com

    Also, we couldn't see any licenses purchased using this email address.

    For further investigation, kindly provide us with the following information:

    1. Provide us with all possible email addresses you could use to make your purchase.

    2. Your license key.

    3. Provide us with the proof of purchase (invoice email, payment receipt from your local reseller, etc.).

    4. Reference order number.

    Kindly send this information to us in a private message.

    Hi Team,

    I am so sorry but I don't know how to do it. Could you please explain how do you do that???

    I don't have any social media accounts and can't find any information on how to properly do ask for help. I tried few days ago but did not get any answer. This is why I did it here?

    Could you please help?? My trial ends in 8th days and I am unable to use my license.
