Transfer VM on the non-Pro version

Hi.
I understand that Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro edition allows to transfer a Windows or Linux VM from one Mac to another by simply moving the pvm file. Can you please confirm whether it is possible for Parallels Desktop for Mac (not Pro)? What are the options?
Also, is it possible to register on one Mac and then deactivate my account and activate it on another Mac with the non-Pro version?

if you need to transfer your Parallels Desktop to your new Mac for example, you can deactivate your Parallels Desktop license using this KB article and then activate it on your new Mac again.
