Transferring files in and out of Win 98

Hi

I'm just starting out with Parallels, using it to run an old copy of 98SE. I want to install some software, including stuff I've downloaded from the web, but it's non-obvious to me how I transfer files from OSX to Windows (or vice versa). Shared folders aren't available in 98 - what do I do?

If you don't mind doing things from the command line in Win98 you could use psftp (after you enable sshd in Mac OSX). If you want a free GUI sftp client for windows you could try Filezilla... I don't know if it works with Win98 though.
