Transport 2 Windows machines to Parallels?

I have two Windows portables, a Dell Latitude and a Motion Tablet, that I would love to replace with a Mac Book Pro and Parallels.

Is it possible to use Transporter to set up VM's of each on the MBP so I could choose which environment to run at a given time on the Mac? There are aspects of the particular environments that I would not like to have to recreate from scratch.

Given that they each came with Windows XP pre-installed and OEM specialty CD's, will there be a problem getting their Windows on and activated on the Mac?

Since one is a Tablet version of Windows, does this present a barrier to "Transporting" and using on the Mac in Parallels?

If this can be done, any hints to facilitate it?

Thanks.
