I am attempting to install Transporter on openSuSE V11.0. It always fails with an error after unpacking the agent source. The error panel says to see the log. However, I am unable to locate any log for the install run. I have reinstalled the kernel source and headers but that didn't help. Can anyone tell me where the log is located? I have looked in /root, /var/log, and all the sub directories under /var, but no agent install log. Thanks for any help, BladeRunner
Was there any solution to this? I am getting the same with openSuSE 11.1 and would very much like to try transporting a current installation. Thanks! mh
Hi Log file must be placed at /var/log/parallels-transporter-install.log Try to install latest updates. It may solve this problem.
