Transporter Agent Linux dependencies

Hi forum
I need to transfer an existing Linux installation into a virtual machine. Installing the agent was easy, however it looks we have some dependency issues here:

parallels wrapper: cannot resolve dependence on libAbstractTask.so.1
parallels wrapper: cannot resolve dependence on libPrlSdkCommunication.so.1
exit 13

It's an older 32bit Ubuntu 04.09 installation. It looks like these are some libs which come from Parallels but they do not seem to be installed anywhere.
Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue on 64bit Ubuntu 12.04. However, I only get the first dependency error:
parallels wrapper: cannot resolve dependence on libAbstractTask.so.1

OP: did you ever find a resolution?

Others, any suggestions?
