Transporter BACK to a PC???

I never owned a PC and bought a copy of Xp Pro and Parallels (last 2x build) and have been very happy with it running 2 expensive PC only programs. We are now "forced" to get a pc for a particular employee whoe specializes in these same 2 programs and I would like to move the OS and installed software back to the new PC. We would never hear the end of it if he learns we have been emulating for the past year and I don't want to try to convince the software companies that we are not trying to instll it on another station. Any thoughts?

Can transporter go the other direction?

I don't think it's possible since the kernel, motherboard, etc. on whatever you PC you install it on will be much different than the VM. You best bet is to copy all associated files to backup source then copy them over to the new PC once you have a fresh install of your OS on it.

You might be able to use Parallels Workstation on your PC and copy over the HDD. I'm not really sure how Parallels Workstation works so maybe other who know can chime in here.

unfortunately our Transporter hasn't such features. But if you really want to transport your VM to PC, I think may be you can try some partitioning software, like Acronis True Image, Norton Ghost or some others.
Such programs make disk images, which can be deployed on another computer.
