Trial key for 3.0 does not work

I bought Parallels in May and my understanding is that I get a free upgrade to 3.0. However, I downloaded 3.0 and my exisitng key doesn't work, so while I wait for an offical response from Parallels I thought I would request a 14 day trial key. However, that doesn't work either - has anyone made one of these work for V3.0

Mine works fine... are you using a localized version?
