trial.parallels.com "Email format is incorrect"

Hi, I am trying to download "Parallels Desktop® 9 for Mac" at http://trial.parallels.com/index.php?lang=it&terr=it with my Email address "isidoro.ghezzi@tiscali.it" but pressing the green button to download "Procedi al download" an alert is locking me saying "Email format is incorrect".

Mac OS X 10.8.4 both on Safari 6.0.5, and Google Chrome Version 29.0.1547.65
