Trial Version of Desktop has left a "Data" drive that I can't get rid of but which is using up space

I've trialled P Desktop over the past few days. Having now uninstalled it I find that it's left behind the APFS "Data" drive which is effectively swallowing up space and now allowing me to install anything else. Here's the Disk Utility First Aid report and related information. Any help very gratefully received.:
