Tried known fixes, still getting "Unable to open disk image Boot Camp"

Hey all, I've tried the fixes for the "Unable to open disk image Boot Camp" error message no luck.

Fixes tried:
Different versions of parallels 2 & 3.
adding ";disk0s3" to the pvs file
uninstalling and reinstalling, including using the uninstaller scripts.

Any other ideas on why this might be happening?
