Trouble getting the PC Agent to update

We are having trouble updating the agent on our published remote PCs. We have the server updated to the latest version 15 3864 as well as the Parallels clients to 3869. From the RAS Console all of the remote PCs show "Needs update" and the only way around this right now is to manually run the MSI package on each PC. Also when adding a new remote PC the version of the agent that gets installed is still the old 3777. Is there something else we can do? Is this a known issue? Thank you.
 
Hello BrandonB1, please remove RAS installer file from C:\Windows\Temp folder on the affected Remote PC and re-download RAS Installer from the link: http://www.parallels.com/products/ras/download/server/links/ and replace RAS Installer file in Parallels\Applicationserver folder and let us know if that makes any changes.

Thanks for the reply Pradeep. There was nothing in the temp folder for parallels but removing the .MSI folder from the program files parallels folder on the server and replacing it with the new .msi fixed the issue and we can now remotely deploy the new agent. Thank you very much.
