trouble opening Windows

When I click to open Windows 10 window opens but shows Suspended. I click it twice and the Parallels Desktop Trial window opens. I close it, then Windows 10 opens. Have I missed something when I bought Parallel? Thanks Al Cassell

Hi AlfredC1. Currently it is technically not possible to use Caps Lock in macOS guest. Our engineers are working over the solution.
