Trouble Printing

Hi: I am unable to access and print with my HP 1320 LaserJet using Word for Windows 2003 and Bonjour for Windows wirelessly from my MBP running XP and Parallels. The document seems to spool, if this is the right term, but never prints out. The 1320 is connected to an iMac in the same room via a USB cable. The printer does wirelessly connect to the Mac side of Parallels with no problem. Any advice?

When running Bonjour printer Wizard to try to connect printer I get an error message "you do not have enough access to your computer to set up this printer" and also a message that the printer, which is at first recognized is then not turned on or plugged in. Test printings seem to show up in the print queue but unless I go over and press the printer start button they do not print from Windows.
