Troubles with iMac after installing Windows 10

So currently I am working on my laptop, due to a fault in the installationprocess. I tried to install Windows 10 on my iMac at work, however now the iMac is only displaying a black screen?
It is my workstation that doesn't work and I have several unfinished documents on it, that I haven't yet made a backup on? Have you have experienced this if so, how can I fix it? I need the iMac in order to work on my companys website!

I look forward to reading your response!

Hi, and can you see the mouse cursor? or just a black screens?

Hi Maria,
It is just a black screen? No curser, no nothing?
OK, then please before starting your VM do the following:
Open VM configurations -> Options -> Startup and Shutdown -> startup view -> Windows.

Then start your VM, once it has been started and go to black screen --> click on Actions -> Reset and check.

Hi BrunoN1
Sorry if this is thread is too old? However, I have had the same experience recently as you with my company website.
However, I found this video that explains how to fix it.
I hope this might help you or that you have managed to fix your Parallels issues by yourself?

See the YouTube video here.

Sorry Maria@Parallels if this is not allowed I just happened to stumble upon the thread by accident.

Thanks it's working for me !
Now I can finally work on my website :)
