Troubles with Windows Photo Preview

Hello,
I noticed a problem when I double-click an image (JPEG) in Windows. "Windows photo" (Photo Preview) starts and shows me the preview but the image is corrupted. Any time a move the window (so that the client area need to be refreshed) the image is refreshed but is always corrupted. If I open the image with another Windows application (such as QuickTime Image Preview) the image is showed correctly.

I attacched to stamp-screen to show the behavior.

Sorry, I forgot to write information about my configuration.

Macbook Pro 17" with OS X 10.5.7
Parallels dekstop 4.0.3844 (9 May 2009) (2 GB RAM and 128 Mb RAM dedicated to the VM)
Windows Vista Ultimate with SP2

My Windows Vista virtual machine has been converted from my previous laptop (Toshiba) using Parallels Transporter.
When I first started my VM (two weeks ago), I uninstalled the Toshiba drivers including the NVidia video driver and tools.
