Hi there, My Parallels subscription for Mac has ended and I am trying to cancel the auto-renew - because the subscription is not active it will not let me select 'cancel subscription.' Could someone from the Parallels team (@Maria@Parallels ) cancel my subscription for idiriskabel@gmail.com?
