Trying to deactive a Parallels license without access to the program and computer it is installed on

Hi, I am looking for assistance in deactivating my Parallels 8 license. Problem is, we are unaware of the computer it is installed on and first activated on so I have no way of doing this myself, but instead looking for an employee who can access the license and deactivate it manually. Thanks
