Two hard drives

After updating parallels I started to get a message that stated I didn't have enough space on my hard drive to run parallels. For some reason I have two hard drives on my mac desktop, one is labeled macintosh hard drive and the other untitled, I believe it contains my windows OS. It there a way to combine these hard drives?
