Running Parallels 11.1.3 on OS X 10.11.3 to run a Windows 7 VM. Strange issue, but after the latest update to Parallels, typing in Outlook 2016 is strangely off a bit. The typing cursor seems to lag behind a character or two while typing, as if it can't keep up. This behavior does not exist in any other applications while typing, include Word, Excel, Notepad, Wordpad, etc. Have confirmed this behavior with another colleague also running Parallels with Windows and Outlook 2016.
I am seeing the same thing on two separate machines with setups similar to yours. However, I noticed the issue AFTER installing the latest MS Office update (within the last week) as opposed to it starting when I did the most recent parallels update. It's like the cursor is wading through molasses.
Just found this. Describes the problem exactly and attributes it to jpegs in the email signature. I've only done very limited testing, but after I nuked the jpegs the cursor seems to return to normal speed. If you go to the 2nd page of the form link, it mentions mid march for a fix from microsoft. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...s/f050b76a-5563-4429-a92b-6dd248c21679?page=1
Interesting, thanks for the link, appreciate the info. Guess I jumped the gun thinking it was a Parallels issue.
