U3 USB Stick support

U3 client does not work

first thanx 2x for a greate suite of products

i tried to use the u3 client today and found that after install on a freshly formated u3 device the software shows up as an available app but will not run ... nor will the app uninstall from the usb stick the only way to remove it is to reformat the device.

i dowloaded it and the resulting file is a zip so i renamed it to the u3p extension so the u3 software could install it ... ?? i assume this is the correct method.
