I cannot access Windows Vista. I received the following message:
Virtual machine cannot be started because of the following problem:
Parallels Desktop is unable to access the virtual hard disk image file /Users/user/Documents/Parallels/Microsoft Windows Vista/winvista.hdd. The file is used by other application.
I shut down my iMac and restarted with no success. I 've been up an running for quite some time so this was a surprise. Build is 5626 & version is Desktop 3
Parallels e-mail support is unresponsive now for over a week. Hopefully this is some type of simple reset but I will appreciate some guidance before deleting files or other more dangerous actions in attempt to resolve the issue
