Unable to access VM

    My Mac crashed and upon reboot I can longer access the VM. I am using version 3.0 build 4128 (June 9 official build). Here is the error message I get:

    "Parallels Desktop is unable to access the virtual hard disk image file ... The file is missing, corrupted, or used by other application."

    I tried to create a new vm and selected "custom" and used the old .hdd file, no luck...same error msg as above.

    Any guidance?

    problem solved (or worked around)

    Ok, I used backup copy of DiskDescriptor.xml and that seemed to work fine.
