Unable to activate on upgrade from P11 to P13

    I upgraded as above and am getting the message:
    Unable to activate Parallels Desktop.
    The product key of a previous version of Parallels Desktop has been not accepted on the license server.
    I see that others are having the same problem... what do you suggest?

    Hi @CharlesH8 , you will not be able to use an expired subscription license key as previous version key. You have to either have version 11/12 standard version keys. Please let us know, if we can initiate the refund for the current purchase, so that you can go ahead and purchase the full version.
