Unable to activate: The license key is associated with another Parallels account

    Hi, I have just switched Mac's and I'm unable to activate my license on the new machine. I had to create a Parallels account, which I have not had previously and now I'm unable to register due to the above error.
    I can see that my Parallels license was associated with the same email address, but I'm unable to raise a support ticket as there's no products linked to this account. Any suggestions how I resolve this issue?
