My subscription for Parallels just expired. I am currently on 12.
I used the upgrade option from the Parallels website to upgrade:
Cleverbridge inc - Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year) - #119767747
When I try to activate the new key, I'm asked to provide the previous key as this is an upgrade key.
I provide the previous key.
Both have green ticks against them.
When I click Activate, I get this error:
Unable to activate Parallels Desktop.
The product key of a previous version of Parallels Desktop has been not accepted on the license server.
I'm locked out of my VM and my work. Please help.
