Unable to add a subdomain

When I select my domain and click subdomains, I am directed to a page that indicates that there are no subdomains BUT without an option to add one. What am I missing to get this done

Hi:
The procedure to create subdomains is as follows:
#1 Create a reseller
#2 Create a main domain
#3 Configure services
#4 Create a subdomain

You should verify that the DNS tab of the main domain shows an 'A' record for each subdomain.

check your sud domain DNS entry , it should be primary DNS ip address
