Hello all. I have an issue with the 2X client(s). We have 5 machines running the software, 3 of which cannot attach documents from the computer. Is there a setting somewhere that would prevent this? I know that 4 of the 5 were all installed the same way. We've given one of the user's admin rights to the computer and we still cannot see any local drives. If that user logs into one of the machines that is working, she can access the local drive.

    Win7 Enterprise (both 32 & 64-bit)
    2X v14 & 15
    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi ToddF1, open Parallels Windows RDP Client > Connection Properties > Local Resources tab > click on Configure Drives... > check the required volume, that you specified has a tick mark. If not, please go to "Configure Disk Drives" and enable the drives you want to access in the Client. Please check out this article to know more about Local Resources.

Thanks Paul, but that has already been done. The users still do not see the drives.
