"Unable to complete the operation"

I've started to receive a window that says "Unable to cmplete the operation. The files required for the operation could not be found. Help me solve the problem. Problem ID: 19014. Check this solution." I've checked the solution and it is no help at all. Has anyone had this error?

Yep...I get this error every time Parallels attempts to generate a snapshot automatically. If I want a snapshot, I have to do it manually. Very annoying, but I don't know how to fix it either. (Sorry!)

Hi,

Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/111736 and check if it is working fine.!!!

Also make sure you take a backup of the Virtual Machine ( http://kb.parallels.com/8829 ) before following the steps as prescribed in the article given above
