Unable to connect to LDAP server thru RD

Hello,

I am using Cisco AnyConnect to access remote servers thru VPN on my Mac, and I'm using Shared Network setting on the Parallels configuration menu. I am however, unable to connect to any VPN resource on my remote desktop, including my LDAP server which I require for testing. This is putting a dead stop to my workflow, and I need help ASAP. What should be my next step??
