Hmm, very strange. Could you please to do follow:

    1. Stop dispatcher service with command:

    sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon

Please wait until service finish it work (use for example "ps aux -c | grep prl_disp" command to poll it)

    2. Go to firewall settings and switch it into "Set access for specific services and applications" mode
    3. Start dispatcher with command:

    sudo launchctl start com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon

and wait until it start (if during service start some questions from firewall appear please allow there incoming connections for prl_disp_service)
    4. Start Parallels Desktop (allow it connections too if firewall'll ask)

Bad news :( Seems dispatcher crashing on your host by some reasons. We need crash log of this crash in order to understand where problem is. You can find it at /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/. It will start with prl_disp_service*. I think it would be better to create ticket at our support system (http://support.parallels.com) to continue working with this problem in order to prevent publication of your private host data on public forum.

nope, never has. Or can you tell me where i can enter my serial number manually? the only thing i get is the error message. click ok and parallel desktop ends itself.

error message about couldn't to connect to dispatcher or about license? Wrong license shouldn't block application start.

OK thanks. I have submitted the support request. It says "Our support team will contact you on the problem within 3 business days". So I guess I'll have to wait...

the error message you see in the 2nd post is the only thing i get. no gui whatsoever. the thing about the license is only written in the log i posted

No, license isn't problem here - please ignore. As i right understood firewall didn't ask any questions on dispatcher/GUI start? Then could you please add these applications manually at firewall settings and try to start Parallels Desktop again.

Actually i do not see any reasons which can prevent Parallels Desktop start. Seems all fine: dispatcher starting, listening but something still wrong. So i trying to find where problem is and provide you so strange scenarios, sorry.

Just one: let's try command line utility. Please open Terminal and perform there:

    prlctl list -a

Also could you check contents of /var/log/appfirewall.log.
