When restarting Windows 11 within Parallels Desktop, I receive a popup message saying 'Unable to connect "Virtual Video Camera" to "Windows 11" now.' I click OK & everything seems to function normally.

I've seen the instructions for connecting a USB device to Windows, but I have no USB device connected. I did use the OBS Virtual Camera last weekend, but I turned it off in OBS when I was finished & also re-selected my Facetime HD Camera in Zoom. The OBS Virtual Camera does not show up anywhere in Windows that I can find. I did verify that Windows has access to my Facetime HD Camera. Still, the message persists.

Thanks - any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

As a solution, we will suggest unticking the option to share "Mac camera with Windows", using following steps:
    1. Shut down your virtual machine (Action > Shut Down).
    2. Right-click on Parallels Desktop icon from the Dock > Select Control Center.
    3. Click on the cogwheel of the Virtual Machine > Go to Hardware Tab.
    3. Select "Sound & Camera" > Untick the option "Share Mac camera with Windows"

If issue does persist, collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this email.

Should you have additional clarifications, feel free to reply to this thread.

    Thank You

    systemextensionsctl list

    --- for example ---
    1 extension(s)
enabled active teamID bundleID (version) name [state]
    * * SOMEID com.XXX.XXXShare.camera (0.3.12/1) SharingMedia [activated enabled]

    sudo systemextensionsctl uninstall SOMEID com.XXX.XXXShare.camera

At this time, this tool cannot be used if System Integrity Protection is enabled.
This limitation will be removed in the near future.
Please remember to re-enable System Integrity Protection!

if this happen, turn off the option and retry, fiannaly turn on the option, just follow the Apple's mannual.
