Unable to Copy files to the Program directory which shows location is unavailable

Hi all,
I am using Parallels 15. recently I went to install one software and for that, I need to copy some files to my C directory (C:\Program Files (x86)) from my software folder. However, it shows- X:\ is unavailable. If the location is on PC etc. Please tell me how to solve this problem? I am new to the platform. Sorry for the mistake.

Hi Samrat. Kindly follow the steps from this article to isolate Windows from Mac. Then install the required Windows program and make sure it works fine. Then uncheck the isolate option and check if it works fine.
