Unable to disable auto renewal.

    Hello, I just purchased a yearly license and I want to turn off the automatic renewal. I go to my account, and chose turn off but nothing happens. I tried multiple browsers without luck. can you please turn it off for me? thanks

    We've checked your account and your Parallels Desktop license autorenewal has been turned off.
    Please try to logout and login in your Parallels Account and check the issue
