Unable to Download ParallelsDesktop 16.5.1

I'm currently running Parallels on my 2018 Mac Book Pro 16GB - The performance when running visual studio 2019 makes it unusable. Searching the knowledge base it recommends checking the current version which is 16.5.0. On checking for updates it identifies a new version is available and I select Download Update and receive the following message.
'Unable to download the ParallelsDesktop-16.5.1-49187.dmg file.'
To troubleshoot I've confirmed I have a stable and fast internet connection and can successfully ping download.parallels.com.
Any assistance is gratefully appreciated.
