Unable to Install Parallel Tools on Windows XP VM Built on Mac - Seeking Assistance

    I've encountered an error while trying to install Parallel Tools on my Windows XP virtual machine in Parallels Desktop 16.
    I've already attempted to install it through safe mode, but the issue persists.

    The installation stops at 15% and displays an error message.
    Is there any other suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
